Probably one of the better repair shops you are going to deal with. They provide you with the appropriate information to make an informed decision about your vehicles maintenance. With email, text and by phone they keep you in the know. The bill lays out the amount for parts and for labour separate and they don't seem to charge you a preassigned amount like other repair shops might. I can't see myself using another repair shop as a resident of Elora. Thanks again to the whole staff at Berts Auto.

Great first experience at Bert’s! Wayne, their shuttle driver was kind and the icing on the cake. My seasonal tires were swapped out in a reasonable time, plus they provided a complimentary vehicle inspection to let me know of any additional things to consider having serviced in the future.
