I had a brake problem with my truck over the long weekend. Rushed my truck in on the Monday night hoping it could possibly be fixed so I could get my boys to lacrosse provincials the following weekend. Bert's went beyond expectations and got the work done avoiding me having to possibly rent a vehicle to tow my trailer. Even provided my boys a good luck in provincials letter when we got into the truck. I can't thank Bert's Auto enough and will always recommend them. A true staple in the community of Elora.

Had a few routine services done here last winter, but our biggest triumph was how beautifully Rick (their wiring/electrical expert) got our van's trailer harness rewired for us because the original (factory) one had failed. The wire length is generous, and it tucks in beautifully out of the way inside the side panel in the back of the van, also keeping it from the outdoor elements that I'm sure was how our original one failed. They also gave us the matching end to make the trailer connection work. Overall, they're competent and friendly, and you know you can trust that they take the care to make sure that you and your vehicle are well looked after. Shuttle drive is a solid plus as well.

Great Experience !! Friendly Professional staff. I was impressed with the emailed quote showing photo's of what needed to be repaired. Had the Clutch,Compressor and Serpentine belt replaced. It was very convenient that I was given a loaner so I could make it to work. When I went to pick up my car I was happy to see that the inside of my car had been cleaned. The nice finishing touch was the bag on the passenger seat with goodies like popcorn,pen,pad air freshener and candy. I would deffinitley Recommend Bert's Auto to anyone

GRADE A Customer Service!!! My Volvo unexpectedly had an issue and in our search for a mechanic that was certified to service Volvo cars we discovered Bert’s Auto and Tire. We called, told them our problem … they were upfront about what they could do and we booked our appointment. Just had my car serviced within the same day .. they communicated clearly the problem, the solution and the cost of the repair/replacement in full, which was overall a reasonable cost. The best part for me was the personal note in the car from Jeff (the mechanic who worked on my car) and the lovely little goodie bag … just a lovely gesture overall (and in my opinion, a really good marketing strategy 😉) !!!! Lastly, a shout out to Bert who shuttled me back and forth from my home to the shop … thank you for the awesome conversations 🙂

We moved you Elora last fall and needed to find somewhere to service our vehicle, after dealing with Byma in Kitchener for over 20 years. We figured we should use someone local, so decided to try Bert's. We've had our Rogue into Bert's twice and both times the experience has been great. The first time we needed a tire and recently we had brakes, various fluids and filters. Everyone, from the guys in front to the shuttle driver, were friendly and easy to deal with. The final bill was what they had quoted us. Bert's is definitely going to be where we go to service for our vehicle. Only 8 months in, but we love living in Elora.

Had taken. My car to 2 other shops and they were not able to fix the issue. A Google search with positive feedback lead to to Bert's.
