GRADE A Customer Service!!! My Volvo unexpectedly had an issue and in our search for a mechanic that was certified to service Volvo cars we discovered Bert’s Auto and Tire. We called, told them our problem … they were upfront about what they could do and we booked our appointment. Just had my car serviced within the same day .. they communicated clearly the problem, the solution and the cost of the repair/replacement in full, which was overall a reasonable cost. The best part for me was the personal note in the car from Jeff (the mechanic who worked on my car) and the lovely little goodie bag … just a lovely gesture overall (and in my opinion, a really good marketing strategy 😉) !!!! Lastly, a shout out to Bert who shuttled me back and forth from my home to the shop … thank you for the awesome conversations 🙂

Needed a simple tire repair prior to a trip. Booked our vehicle in on a Friday before a long weekend. Left it for the day, in spite of being very busy they finished it in 2.5 hours. Very professional c/w pics of the issue.

We moved you Elora last fall and needed to find somewhere to service our vehicle, after dealing with Byma in Kitchener for over 20 years. We figured we should use someone local, so decided to try Bert's. We've had our Rogue into Bert's twice and both times the experience has been great. The first time we needed a tire and recently we had brakes, various fluids and filters. Everyone, from the guys in front to the shuttle driver, were friendly and easy to deal with. The final bill was what they had quoted us. Bert's is definitely going to be where we go to service for our vehicle. Only 8 months in, but we love living in Elora.

Had taken. My car to 2 other shops and they were not able to fix the issue. A Google search with positive feedback lead to to Bert's. An hour and a half drive from my house away but am a very satisfied customer. The y kept me updated on the problem and fixed it in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. I have been to many mechanic shops in my life and the one thing I can say about coming to Bert’s is that every single person there was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The service is impressive with Bert himself driving me home and picking me up while the crew worked on my car to ensure I had it back same day so I could go to work the next day. The quote itself was detailed had no hidden costs and they were honest from the moment I walked in there. If I could give Bert’s eleventy million stars, I would.
