First snow fall of the year I got a side puncture flat. First tire shop I went to in Elora said they couldn't get to it for at least two weeks as it was tire change season. Found this unacceptable on a work vehicle with a temporary tire spare. Went to Bert's and they treated me very well. Even though they were busy, under construction, and in tire change season, they booked me in that day and did the tire assessment. They had the tire ordered and installed quickly and I was on my way with minimal disturbance. Just the way it should be - friendly and professional. Definitely will not waste my time with other shops. Highly recommended.

Best service I have received in decades! My friend and myself “rolled” into Elora today, only to arrive with warnings lights on the dash lit up, no heat and a smoking front end. Regardless of a busy and booked day, they were able to diagnose the issue, order in the parts and repair before the day was finished. Super impressed with the customer service and professionalism we received, highly recommend this company!

Incredible mechanics and an outstanding team all around. They are truly trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely kind. They worked extremely hard on my older car and treated it with care and respect, not like a piece of junk as I’ve experienced elsewhere. I don’t know much about cars, so trust matters to me. They were upfront, honest, and transparent at every step, explaining what actually needed to be done and why, without overselling or cutting corners. That level of integrity is rare and made it easy to trust them with a big repair. The service was exceptional, especially the diagnostic report, which organized everything by priority using a color system. Red showed what needed immediate attention, green showed what was in good shape. It was incredibly helpful and easy to understand. They have a mechanic named Adrien who is phenomenal and treats your car like it is his own. Especially if you have a Volkswagen, he knows those cars extremely well. This was a big job and Trevor spent a lot of time going back and forth with me, answering questions and keeping me informed. I am genuinely glad these were the people I chose to trust with my car. They also offer courtesy vehicles, which was a huge help and made the entire experience even better. This is absolutely the place to go!!

i had called inquiring about a couple things with my truck, and got detailed answers right over the phone. i was then able to bring my truck in that day for a quick inspection and they were open and honest about me with what was wrong, and in the email they sent after my inspection they attached pictures and videos of my suspension parts that needed replacing. even got a ride home from the shop from Bert himself while they did the work! great customer service and good work done, seem to be honest people. glad to have a new shop to return to.

We are new to the area and looking to establish a positive connection with a local auto repair shop. Bert’s in Elora is close to our home. They did a variety of repairs to our 2015 Ford Fusion. They did a solid job with a variety of fixes that the car needed (oil/lube, rear differential fluid, brake fluid flush, etc…). The work was done on time and the activities were explained clearly. There was some confusion over a small amount of work/invoice but they were professional in addressing it (were very fair about the resolution). They clearly have a business model focused on service using technology that will make customers happy. Big thanks to Kevin, Tanner, and Trevor! Will be going back when needed!
