We moved you Elora last fall and needed to find somewhere to service our vehicle, after dealing with Byma in Kitchener for over 20 years. We figured we should use someone local, so decided to try Bert's. We've had our Rogue into Bert's twice and both times the experience has been great. The first time we needed a tire and recently we had brakes, various fluids and filters. Everyone, from the guys in front to the shuttle driver, were friendly and easy to deal with. The final bill was what they had quoted us. Bert's is definitely going to be where we go to service for our vehicle. Only 8 months in, but we love living in Elora.

Had taken. My car to 2 other shops and they were not able to fix the issue. A Google search with positive feedback lead to to Bert's. An hour and a half drive from my house away but am a very satisfied customer. The y kept me updated on the problem and fixed it in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. A five star rating is not high enough for this Auto service They're service and expertise looking after my car is second to none When I take my car for service they make sure they have someone to drive me home They give an accurate list of the work, cost and service that needs to be done. I have been to many mechanic shops in my life and the one thing I can say about coming to Bert’s is that every single person there was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The service is impressive with Bert himself driving me home and picking me up while the crew worked on my car to ensure I had it back same day so I could go to work the next day. The quote itself was detailed had no hidden costs and they were honest from the moment I walked in there. If I could give Bert’s eleventy million stars, I would.

I recently had my 2020 Tesla Model 3 serviced for a few issues, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team tackled repairs to my suspension components, replaced my brakes, and even sorted out a pesky rogue software glitch that had been driving me up the wall. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The suspension repairs were spot-on—my car now handles like a dream, with that smooth, responsive feel I fell in love with when I first got it. The brake replacement was equally impressive; they stop on a dime now, and I feel so much safer on the road. But the real standout was how they tackled the software issue. What could’ve been a nightmare to diagnose and fix was handled quickly and efficiently, leaving my Tesla running like it’s fresh off the lot. The technicians were clearly skilled and knew their stuff, especially when it came to the unique quirks of a Tesla. Everything was done with care, and the car feels as good as new. If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality service for your Model 3, I can’t recommend these guys enough—five stars all the way!

I purchased a 2003 BMW Z4 last summer and first took it to Bert’s for the safety. It needed some work to pass, which they performed, but they also recommended some other services. The car is over 20 years old and some suspension components were simply worn out. I stored it for the winter and said I would bring it back in the Spring for those services, new tires and an oil change. Kevin re-quoted the work and they had it for three days. This is a relatively unique vehicle and not every shop has the knowledge or interest to service it. Everything was performed as planned and my 22 year old car rides incredibly well. The guys (Kevin, Trevor and Rob) were all communicative, helpful and knowledgeable. The work came in exactly as quoted and they even vacuumed my floor mats. I will be returning every Spring for the oil change and routine maintenance. Thank you guys.
